MIA
Well, I haven't been blogging or riding in about a month, needed the mental break. Been planing for next season and plan on changing it up a bit. I'll write about that soon. But first we have one more cx race left to attend to and then the beach is calling my name. I was looking back on my races this season and it was up there for volume with this copley race I will be around 50. To put this in perceptive Rudy did around 70! I think for his career he is around 2500 races, ponder that for a while when you think you "race your bike". With that thought I think I will go ride.

CX

Well cross is full swing now and its awesome! On the coaching front everyone is doing great. Russ finally got a real cross bike! We all be in trouble in a few weeks. Kid gettin' fast. Cameron is getting faster every week. Bill is going good too. The last part of the season suits his riding style.
Cross practice works! Greg from stark won the b race at Orville. It was his first race but he has been going to cx practice. Robert also has dominated after going to cx practice. Come out and play this Thursday.

UCI Cross
Quick update from the MAC uci opener. Went over to Allentown to test the early season cross legs. Well guess what the race was fast! The course was hard high speed grass track, with a few tricky corners. A lot of peddling. I like courses with a lot of coasting! I mean slow and muddy. So the start was fast and hard, the middle was fast, then it was over. Overall I ended up 21st, not spectacular but I am starting to feel better. So hopefully this speed work will help out later in the season.
