Big Rides and Training Races
Well I am still alive. I have been doing some big MTB rides lately. Yesterday was a cool 5hrs. I think I am finally getting used to the heat, and hopefully got my cramping problem solved. On the racing front I am the king of training races of late, good times and good for fitness. The Chapel race is a great race to practice your turning, supper fun. I am heading to Utah with E to do a MTB stage racehttp://americanmountainclassic.com/ in august should be easy! Well that's all I got. I promise to do a real race soon!

Wayne Ultra
Back to the dirt. Yesterday was the Wayne Ultra race down by Marietta, it was great course and well run race. I ended up on the podium in 3rd. Pretty happy considering how the last hour went. It was very hot and humid and I got very dehydrated, then cramped, basically had a come apart. After the race I drank a gallon of water and still didn't pee for 5hrs, fun! Anyway good times great course, great bikin! Photo's of the come apart soon.

Final
The last stage of tour of Ohio went well for team and for me. Eric and I made the break of the race and Eric sat on and I helped drive the break then Eric attacked out of the break and got 2nd on the stage and moved up in to 7th overall. In the overall we got 3 in the top 15 and 2 in top 10 with 2 in the to ten almost every stage. A good week for a composite team. Overall I am feeling stronger after the week, than at the beginning. Hopefully good results are to follow.
