Presents Open Cyclocross Practice at Reagan Park


When: Every Thursday at 5:30pm starting September 20th 2007

What: Bring your cross or mtb bike for a fun training technique and practice session with October Research/ Lake Effect and FS Concepts Cycling Coach Shawn Adams.

Who: Anyone that wants to improve his or her cross bike riding or just wants to have fun. Open to any and everyone!

Location: Reagan Park is located off East Reagan Parkway in Medina. It is 1/2 mile North of Weymouth Road (aka Route 3), meet at the Pavilion.
