Athens
Well the weather is better here than home. It's cold and sunny. The training has been good. Tuesday was a 2hr mtb ride to spin the legs out from the travel, Wednesday was 4hrs on mtb right from the fetty training center, Thursday was weight's and big gear intervals on the road. Today is an easy recovery ride on the road, then a big weekend biking. Stay warm more to come!
