We the first week back training is almost over. It about killed me! Just kidding, it is good to be back on the bike. This week I did about 12hrs, this consisted if 2 1hr weight training sessions a 2.5hr hike and the rest of the time was on the bike. Next week I am headed to Athens to train with Jacob. I am excited to to see some sun and warmth. The plan is to do about 40-45hrs over 14 days. We will lift 2 days per week and the rest of the time will be split between the MTB and road bikes.
